French digital services company Docapost acquires Ametix

French company Docapost, a subsidiary of the La Poste group, has acquired Ametix, a company specializing in web services and marketing. The amount of the deal has not been disclosed.

Docapost supports its clients - businesses, administrations and local authorities in digitizing their relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees. It works to optimize business processes (HR, finance, customer relations, ISD) or sectors (banking, insurance, e-health, e-administration) through its technological and industrial expertise.

Ametix combines technical assistance and digital consulting services with human resources. Its employees include web developers, web designers, and big data specialists that will support Docapost in the digital transformation projects of its clients.

Docapost has nearly 5,000 employees at 60 sites in France and is present in the United States, England, Spain, and Mexico. Ametix has 200 employees, though the business has been growing rapidly.
