London HR tech company MOVE Guides raises $48 million in Series C round

London-based company MOVE Guides has announced a Series C round of $48 million from Future Fund, New Enterprise Associates, and Notion Capital.

MOVE Guides is a SaaS company that develops HR software for managing employee relocation in sectors like finance, manufacturing, and tech. The funds will be invested in boosting its market share. “The change we’re driving in the market is profound. MOVE Guides’ Talent Mobility Cloud enables global organizations to turn workforce mobility into a true competitive advantage,” said CEO Brynne Kennedy.

“Global mobility management is the next frontier for HR tech,” said Ravi Viswanathan, general partner at NEA.

“MOVE Guides has developed the first cloud-based software platform to power the mobile workforce. They are disrupting traditional relocation companies and ushering in the future of talent management and workforce planning,” he added.

As well as growing its market share with this funding, the company has looked at consolidation. It recently acquired Estonian competitor Teleport and established an office in Tallinn.
