The Cork-based company, with operations in Romania, the US, and the Philippines, will be rebranded as Voxpro – powered by Telus International. The Canadian Telus subsidiary is an IT outsourcing provider with $10 billion in annual revenue.

Voxpro employs 2,700 people who now join the wider Telus employee base, which includes 28,000 people. Neither company provided any further details on how Voxpro will continue to operate under its new ownership.

“We couldn’t be more proud to find a fabulous partner like Telus International,” commented Dan Kiely, CEO of Voxpro, “a company that shares our entrepreneurial spirit and relentless desire to redefine and disrupt the outsourcing industry when it comes to serving the customer experience needs of such important brands.”

“Together, we provide a truly differentiated offering in the marketplace designed to meet our fast-growing partner demands for more locations, flexible and agile support structures, and highly engaged multilingual team members committed to customer service excellence,” added Jeffrey Puritt, CEO and president of Telus International.
