Dutch e-commerce company SEOshop acquired by Canada’s Lightspeed; price undisclosed

Accel Partners-backed Lightspeed, a Canadian company that provides more than 26,000 retailers and restaurateurs with a mobile POS and commerce platform, has acquired Amsterdam-based e-commerce specialist SEOshop for an undisclosed sum (via StartupJuncture).
