mb-logo-3000Over the past twenty years, the systems that enable businesses to call, text or chat with customers have become complex, expensive and fragmented. Convoluted networks of platforms and providers route messages and calls all over the world, slowing the process and creating security risks for businesses. MessageBird’s global team is meeting this challenge by rebuilding the infrastructure for global customer communications, following the largest ever Series A investment into an active European software business. Our network of more than 250 direct carrier relationships, from London to Sydney, ensures the fastest and most direct line for voice, SMS, video and chat communication between businesses like Uber, SAP, Huawei, DoorDash, Amber Alert and Heineken, and their customers all over the world.

Ask yourself: in 2018, why can’t a business communicate with customers the way customers communicate with each other? MessageBird believes in a world where communicating with a business feels as natural as communicating with a friend.
