French SaaS startup Fred de la compta that connects entrepreneurs with accounting firms has raised €4 million from New Alpha, Go Capital, and existing shareholders.
The marketplace platform of Fred de la compta, which started as a service that helped entrepreneurs to send documents to their accountants, employs AI to match small businesses with accounting firms. It also automates the data entry process based on the uploaded documents, saving time for both entrepreneurs and accountants.
The company plans to use the funding to hire more people in product, sales, tech, and marketing teams, as well as diversify its offering.
