Sweden's Stillfront raises some €46 million through a directed share issue

Swedish videogame developer Stillfront, which has recently acquired Canada-based KIXEYE for $90 million, has conducted a directed share issue of SEK 500 million, or some €46 million. The company stated that the issue was “oversubscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors.”

“When we announced the acquisition of KIXEYE, we also communicated that we planned to further advance our future financial flexibility,” Stillfront CEO Jörgen Larsson said in a statement. “Today’s share issue is a very important component of that ambition, and we are delighted to see the strong commitment from our investors, supporting our continued growth journey.”
