French startup Le Collectionist, a vacation rental platform for luxury homes, has raised $10 million in a Series B round. Half of the investment comes from the new Red River West fund, backed by the Pinault family, which is known for its investment in luxury companies. The startup previously raised a round of €2 million at the end of 2015.
Paris-based foodtech startup Feed , an online seller of smart food, has raised €3 million euros. The investment comes from existing investor Senseii Ventures, as well as the French fund Otium, Kima Ventures, and several business angels including Hubert Patricot and Guillaume Gibault.
Toulouse-based Bricoprivé, and ecommerce company that sells DIY, gardening, and home improvement produces, has acquired another French ecommerce company, Racetools, which specialises in selling tools and hardware. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
