Finnish startup ICEYE, which develops synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) sensors and microsatellites to collect earth observation data, has raised $13 million. The funding round was led by Draper Nexus, with participation from True Ventures, Draper Associates, Lifeline Ventures, Space Angels and Finnish Funding Agency for Innovations, Tekes.
Malmö-based startup Anima raised €1 million for its connected watch, Kronaby, which is now launching in the US. The funding came from the Chinese component manufacturer Goertek.
Swedish Red Flag, an app for managing small businesses, has raised €1.6 million.

UK-based Oxford Genetics, a startup specialising in bio-engineering services, has raised £7.5 million. The investment round was led by Mercia Technologies PLC, an existing investor, and Invesco Perpetual.
Munich-based geodata startup CloudEO has raised €2.4 million from anonymous investors. The platform brings together users of geoservices, providers of geodata and geosoftware to produce greater value from the data.
Berlin-based startup Doozer has collected €3.5 million. The investment comes from Innogy Ventures, Christian Vollmann, and Home24 co-founder Felix Jahn.
Israeli MedAware has raised $8 million in Series A funding. The investment came from BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), Gefen Capital, OurCrowd, and Yingcheng City Fubon Technology Co. The company has raised $12 million to date.
