Israel-based gaming giant Playtika has acquired the Israeli adtech company Aditor, for an amount reportedly less than $10 million. Playtika itself, Israel's largest gaming company, was acquired by a Chinese firm last year for $4.4 billion.
Aditor is a mobile advertising company founded in 2014 with about 40 employees. It has developed a product, PredictAI, that allows companies to reach specific audiences through targeted advertising and easily manage ad campaigns. PredictAI allows customers to manage their campaigns on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and also uses AI to monitor the behavior of customers and competitors. Playtika is expected to use the product to help market its games.
