Sympl integrates chatbots and video into its platform to connect job seekers and companies. Job candidates are given questions through a chatbot, and their profiles are updated according to a data analysis of their answers. Then the job seekers are given a video interview - a simulation of a real job interview - giving employers much more information about applicants than a simple CV.

Sympl will use the new capital to expand its team and to further develop its chatbot with artificial intelligence and language recognition.
