Italian startup Marinanow, an online platform for chartering boats across the Mediterranean, has raised €1.2 million. The funding partially came through a convertible loan of €700,000, and an investment of €500,000. The capital came from The Net Value incubator and the United Ventures Ones fund.
The platform allows users to check the availability and prices of boat moorings from computers and smartphones, and to search and charter boats from 9,000 moorings across the Mediterranean, with a wide choice of sailboats, motorboats, and inflatables, with or without crew.
