Finnish climate analytics startup 720 Degrees raises €2.9 million

Helsinki-founded startup 720 Degrees has landed €2.9 million in funding for its AI-powered indoor air quality analytics platform. The fresh capital comes from the VC firm Pi Labs, as well as grants from Horizon 2020 and Business Finland. In total, the startup has raised €3.54 million to date.

720 Degrees is a solution that provides occupants, tenants, property owners, and property managers with real-time data on the air quality. The company claims to interpret “billions of indoor air data points from hundreds of facilities each month,” comparing them to outdoor air quality and factoring in direct feedback from the occupants.

The startup lists CBRE, Colliers, and IBM among its clients in Europe. 720 Degrees will use the fresh funding to step up its operation in Europe and make the first steps towards the US market.
