French legaltech startup Hyperlex raises €4 million

French contract management and analysis startup Hyperlex has secured a €4 million funding round led by Elaia, with participation from Axeleo Capital, ISAI Venture, and Kernel Investissements.

Founded in 2017, Hyperlex is a SaaS solution for contract management and analysis for businesses. The company claims that it can save time for legal and purchasing departments, as well as law firms and notary offices, by providing a centralised space for contract storage with search, deadline management, and analytics capabilities.

Hyperlex states that the list of its clients includes Rakuten, the Paris Chambre des notaires, Zadig & Voltaire, and the UIMM (Union of Metallurgy Industries and Crafts).
