Angers-based public domain management solutions provider ILTR acquired by Sogelink - Geodesial Group

Angers, France-based public agencies management software provider ILTR has been acquired by the Sogelink - Geodesial Group. With the acquisition the Sogelink - Geodesial Group is further accelerating its entry into this market segment. No staffing changes are planned, and the financials of the deal remain undisclosed.

Founded in 2002 by Yann Gobrait, ILTR’s proprietary GEODP solution consists of 8 modules that provide government institutions with the remote or on-site management of a wide range of activities including, markets, trade fairs, worksites, car pars, tourist taxes, signage, terraces, taxes on outdoor advertising and non-hazardous industrial waste.

The newly merged Sogelink - Geodesial Group comments that ILTR’s offering is highly complementary to their Littéralis product with provides public agencies with an overview of activities that have an impact on the public domain, i.e. construction work, markets, marathons, et. al.
