French HR tech HelloWork says hello to Basile to boost co-option hiring

French digital employment, recruitment and training company HelloWork has acquired Basile, the specialist co-option recruitment company. 

The acquisition is in line with its strategy for organic development and external growth which it announced in September 2018. The platform earlier bought Seekube in 2021, Diplomeo in 2019 and the JobiJoba company in 2018.  

Jérôme Armbruster, CEO, HelloWork said: “This is a new stage in the external growth strategy of the group. It completes our investment in the field of HR, to support recruiters on every one of their main channels for talent recruitment.”

With 27 million users, the French startup for employment, recruitment and training claims to support workers throughout their professional life, and companies, recruitment consultants and trainers in their HR challenges and recruitment. 

César Recher, CEO and co-founder, Basile added: “Joining the French digital recruitment business will allow us to accelerate our own growth further, strengthening our market position and pursuing our ambition to become the co-option recruitment benchmark in France, and around the world in future.”
