Berlin-based startup Doozer has collected €3.5 million. The investment comes from Innogy Ventures, Christian Vollmann, and Home24 co-founder Felix Jahn.

Doozer is an online platform to contract craftsmen and companies to repair and renovate real estate.

The company's customers include housing companies, real estate administrators, asset management companies, cooperatives and municipalities. In total, Doozer currently manages the renovation contracts for around 200,000 residential units.
