Danish compliance software firm GAN Integrity raises $9 million Series A round

GAN Integrity, a Danish-founded software company, has raised $9 million in a Series A round led by Edison Partners, with participation from NorthCap, Chicago Ventures, MissionOG, and Cultivation Capital.

GAN Integrity builds cloud-based compliance software for managing corporate risk, third-party due diligence, and whisteblower concerns. It has offices in New York and Copenhagen.

The freshly raised funds will be used to boost the company’s growth and customer deployments, said CEO Thomas Sehested.

“GAN has exhibited rapid growth on the heels of its comprehensive, yet elegantly simple, product offering,” added Michael Kopelman, general partner at Edison Partners. “The company’s roster of blue-chip clients, experienced management team, along with positive market tailwinds in the compliance space, makes GAN an ideal fit for our Fund.”
