GuestReady, an Airbnb management service, has announced a $750,000 funding round for further hiring and product development.

Investor and former Airbnb director Georg Bauser and Swiss Founders Fund led the round with participation from Senn & Partner Holding.

Launched in August, the London-based startup is a short-term rental management company for Airbnb and similar platforms like HomeAway. It provides middle man services between host and guest, such as housekeeping, listing management, and key handling. It’s currently live in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur with staff placed in each region. It plans to hire more local employees for new regions it expands to.

“The majority of the funds will be allocated to filling vacant positions in our primary markets, as well as bringing our tech platform to the next level,” said CEO of GuestReady, Alexander Limpert, who was previously a managing director for foodpanda’s business in Taiwan and Philippines.

“We’re confident that GuestReady will be able to scale their short-term rental management service quickly” added Romano Brandenberg, venture partner at Swiss Founders Fund.
