German proptech startup McMakler takes in €16 million

Berlin-based proptech startup McMakler has raised €16 million from previous investors, including British investor Frog Capital, Piton Capital, Mutschler Ventures and Cavalry Ventures. The company now has a valuation of €96 million.

Berlin-based proptech startup McMakler has raised €16 million from previous investors, including British investor Frog Capital, Piton Capital, Mutschler Ventures and Cavalry Ventures. The company now has a valuation of €96 million.

McMakler provides marketing services to landlords, real estate agents, and people selling their homes. The company says it has been facilitated €50 million worth of real estate sales in the past year.

The company says it plans to use the new financing to grow the business and expand throughout Germany. It also wants to expand its marketing efforts and just launched its first TV commercial. The company is currently active in 50 locations and employs about 200 people.
