Men’s health platform Numan acquires Stockholm-based medtech firm Vi-Health

Men’s health startup Numan has recently announced their acquisition of Stockholm and Malmö medical science and healthcare technology firm Vi Health.

Vi Health offers advanced e-consultation tools (collaborative chat, and voice and video consultations), workflow automation tools, and is a registered Class I medical device that includes an AI-powered symptom checker.

With the addition of Vi Health’s technology, this then extends Numan’s Clinic OS, and propels their aspirations of becoming a complete digital health provider.

“Vi-health is an exceptional company and was the perfect fit for us in terms of vision, IP and skills. We want Numan to be your first step on a journey to better health and wellbeing, and Vi Health’s technology and IP help us get there faster. We’re all very excited to be working together.,” comments Numan founder and CEO Sokratis Papafloratos.

No figures were provided for the deal. Most of the existing Vi-Health team will join Numan whilst continuing to work from their offices in Stockholm and Malmö.
