German online moving platform Movinga has secured €17 million in a Series C round from new and old investors.
The round includes around €6 million from previously raised interim financing. Investors in the total round include Global Founders Capital, Earlybird Venture Capital, 360t founder Carlo Kölzer, and Aurelius founder Gert Pukert.
Movinga said in a statement that it plans to further develop its product in its two core markets, Germany and France. “The successful funding enables Movinga to reinforce the ongoing push towards technology and quality,” said CEO Finn Hänsel.
“Movinga turns the tedious procedure of moving into an easier and more efficient experience both for customers and partners,” added investor Carlo Kölzer. “We are very impressed by the business model, the market potential and, above all, Movinga’s increased focus on technology and quality.”
This Series C round follows a Series B from January that was led by Index Ventures.
