Sweetguest, a Milan, Italy-based startup that sells property management services online, has raised €1 million in seed funding to continue to expand operations. The names of the investors were not disclosed.

The company was co-founded by Rocco Lomazzi and Edoardo Grattirola. Landlords can purchase service packages online that include listing creation, professional photos, cleaning services, guest communication, check-ins, and more.

The service launched six months ago and has so far managed 2,400 bookings and 6,000 guests across Milan.
