Israeli TechSee has completed a $7.5 million Series A round. The investment was led by Planven Investments with participation from existing investors OurCrowd as well as innogy, Comdata Group and other investors.
TechSee develops visual support technologies for smart homes. The company provides the first visual customer support solution powered by artificial intelligence and augmented reality. The solution allows technical support teams to execute visually interactive remote diagnoses and resolutions of problems.
"The new investment will help TechSee leverage its strong momentum and market leadership to further accelerate its market penetration, technology development and bring innovative products to our customers and prospects," said Eitan Cohen, Co-Founder and CEO of TechSee.
