Israel's AR-enhanced customer support solution TechSee raises $7.5 million Series A

Israeli TechSee has completed a $7.5 million Series A round. The investment was led by Planven Investments with participation from existing investors OurCrowd as well as innogy, Comdata Group and other investors.

Israeli TechSee has completed a $7.5 million Series A round. The investment was led by Planven Investments with participation from existing investors OurCrowd as well as innogy, Comdata Group and other investors.

TechSee develops visual support technologies for smart homes. The company provides the first visual customer support solution powered by artificial intelligence and augmented reality. The solution allows technical support teams to execute visually interactive remote diagnoses and resolutions of problems.
