Adtech startup Thirdpresence has raised $2.4 million in a seed round led by Inventure.

Helsinki-based Thirdpresence builds a proprietary AI programmatic advertising solution that improves ad relevancy, viewability, and brand safety. The company claims to have a 96% viewability rate and is certified by the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG), an advertising industry transparency group.

“Our purpose-built AI is designed to improve contextually relevant ad experiences, as well as improving brand safety and efficiency for advertisers,” said CEO Valtteri Pukander. The new funds will be invested in R&D.

“Advertisers can expect a higher ROI, and our publisher partners have witnessed increased monetization and higher user retention due to more relevant ads.”
