Israel’s WalkMe acquires analytics startup Jaco

Israeli customer adoption platform WalkMe has acquired analytics startup Jaco, though no terms have been disclosed.

Jaco allows for real-time analysis of a user’s activity on a website and visualises the data for site owners. The technology will be integrated into WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform but Jaco’s current customer will still have access to the Jaco platform separately. The team will be joining WalkMe’s San Francisco office where they will lead WalkMe’s insights and analytics business.

“While data analytics has become crucial for the success of any organization, we felt that combining that with the visual element makes data more accessible to the average business user as well,” said WalkMe CEO Dan Adika.

“As businesses scale, their need to acquire deep insights into user behavior increases exponentially,” said Danni Friedland, CEO of Jaco.

Jaco previously raised $1.15 million from Hillsven Capital and UpWest Labs.

This is WalkMe’s second acquisition this year. In January it bought mobile A/B testing startup Abbi for an undisclosed amount. To date the company has raised $90 million in funding.
