Danish Lunar Way, a "neobank", has raised €4.2 million in funding from SEED Capital Denmark.
Its services include fast account set-up, bill payment, account freezing, a real-time transaction feed, monthly summary of deposits and withdrawals, and a tool to set savings goals.
The company currently employs 30 people and plans to use the new investment to expand its operations.
Lunar Way says it is working with Danish mortgage provider Nykredit to provide back-end processing for its banking services.
