GuestReady raises $3 million, acquires rivals Easy Rental Services

Airbnb management service GuestReady has raised $3 million in funding and acquired one of its competitors Easy Rental Services.

The funding round in the Switzerland-based company was led by Impulse VC with participation from Xponova, Boost Heroes, Swiss Founders Fund, and Senn & Partners. The terms of the acquisition of London-based Easy Rental Services were not disclosed.

GuestReady, which provides maintenance and management services for Airbnb renters, is currently operating in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. The acquisition of its rival will bring in further operations in London, Paris, and Milan under its belt and it will use the new investment funds to launch in five new cities by next summer and build out its B2B services.

The deals will help the company provide better services for clients, said CEO Alexander Limpert. The company previously raised $750,000 in seed funding last year and has a place in Station F, the new startup campus in Paris.
