Men’s health startup Numan has recently announced their acquisition of Stockholm and Malmö medical science and healthcare technology firm Vi Health.
Vi Health offers advanced e-consultation tools (collaborative chat, and voice and video consultations), workflow automation tools, and is a registered Class I medical device that includes an AI-powered symptom checker.
With the addition of Vi Health’s technology, this then extends Numan’s Clinic OS, and propels their aspirations of becoming a complete digital health provider.

We’re all very excited to be working together.,” comments Numan founder and CEO Sokratis Papafloratos.
No figures were provided for the deal. Most of the existing Vi-Health team will join Numan whilst continuing to work from their offices in Stockholm and Malmö.
