Italy’s Roomless raises the roof with €1.5 million seed round

In a seemingly play-by-play copy, Florence-based Roomless is taking Casavo's method of buying and selling down to the medium to long-term rental market.
Italy’s Roomless raises the roof with €1.5 million seed round

Florence-based proptech startup Roomless has raised €1.5 million in a seed funding round. The company focuses on medium and long-term residential property rentals, connecting homeowners with potential tenants. One way of seeing what Roomless is doing is that of Casavo, but replacing the “buying” of homes with “medium to long term rental”.

Already active in Italy, Germany, and Spain, the capital is slated to be used to further expand the team numbers and development of the platform, culminating in expansion plans, culminating in market entries in Portugal and France by year's end. Again, is it just me or is this precisely Casavo’s playbook?

Roomless’s  €1.5 million seed round was led by Sensible Capital and saw the participation of Club degli Investitori.
