With the war for talent growing ever more prevalent and pressing day by day, so too do the challenges facing human resource departments and their associated managers. Team attrition, long recruitment processes, rising absenteeism, lack of diversity; all dailies that weigh on the collective minds of the HR department.

To help businesses remain one leg up on the competition, a smorgasbord of tools have been cobbled together to keep the machine rolling ever faster. HRIS for administration, ATS for recruitment, LMS for training, eNPS for employee engagement, for example. And yet, in doing so, what hasn’t been taken into account is that while these are recognised tools in their respective fields, they have their own data model and they are not fully integrated.

Enter Reflect, a data visualisation tool for people teams, executives, and managers. By putting all the fragmented pieces of a modern, competitive HR work flow in one place, and in a clean and clear to understand visual presentation, multiple dashboards (retention, diversity, salaries, recruitment, social indicators, etc.) for example, Reflect is offering people pros access to streamlined and historical information to support their decision-making.

“Today, People teams have a much more strategic role, especially since Covid 19. Unfortunately, very few have been trained in data analysis or can rely on experienced data teams. They undergo a lot of pressure as they do not have the necessary data to answer the following questions: what is the attrition in a particular department? Is the company inclusive? Is the recruitment team reaching its objectives?” explained Reflect CEO and co-founder Léopold Adam.

Although still in a pre-seed funding phase and founded only at the beginning of this year, Reflect’s services is currently in use by Pennylane, Welcome to the Jungle, Batch, Partoo, and SmallPDF.

Reflect’s €2 million pre-seed round was led by XAnge, with the participation of Evolem, and Kima Ventures. Several angel investors including Roxanne Varza (Station F), Matthieu Birach (HR Director of Doctolib), and Thibaud Elziere (eFounders) also participated.
