Istanbul-based mobile game studio Arcustin Games has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding at a $10 million valuation from Webrazzi GSYF, a venture capital investment fund established jointly by İş Portföy and Webrazzi, Tech.eu’s parent company.

Founded in 2025 by Barış Dikici and Tolga Dikici, Arcustin Games develops hybrid-casual puzzle games using what it describes as an AI-native approach to game development. The studio combines AI-supported production processes with a lean organisational structure, aiming to build a capital-efficient model that can be applied across multiple games.

The company brings together experienced gaming professionals and emerging talent as it develops its first mobile title. Barış Dikici, co-founder and CEO, previously spent eight years in consulting, where he worked on acquisition processes involving gaming and technology companies in Türkiye. Co-founder and CTO Tolga Dikici has experience in mobile product and game development, software architecture, technology strategy and product development at global technology companies.

Barış Dikici said the company aims to build a resilient studio that makes revenue- and growth-focused decisions throughout the development process and can replicate successful approaches across future titles.

Arcustin Games will use the investment to expand its team, complete development of its first game and support user acquisition.

Webrazzi GSYF has previously backed companies including Brix, GameByte, Orfeo Labs, Cypien AI, Parny and Next BigApp.
