German real estate crowdfunding startup Exporo has raised another €8 million in financing, less than a year after its last round. Last July, the startup took in €8.2 million from E.Ventures, Holtzbrinck, Sunstone and BPO Capital. The new round is backed by the same investors.
Exporo allows small investors to invest in real estate projects, from a minimum of €500. The industry for crowdfunding in real estate has grown strongly in recent months.
