Libeo, a French fintech software that simplifies invoices and payments for SMEs, has closed a €20 million Series A round with the partners of DST Global, Serena, Breega and LocalGlobe.

The company, which also raised €4 million last April, will use this new funding to further fuel the expansion of its B2B platform in Europe.

Over the past year, Libeo says the number of B2B payments processed has multiplied by 30 and reached €100 million on a yearly basis. The software’s new API allows corporate partners such as QuickBooks to embed its payment services directly into their interface.

This year’s growth plans include tripling the team to more than 100 employees.
