Belgian HRtech startup Radahr raises €1.2 million to expand internationally

Belgian HR platform Radahr has raised 1.2 million in funding, in collaboration with IT developers Bagaar and Xylos.

The platform centralises all recruitment channels so that companies and recruiters can manage the hiring process within one dashboard. Radahr claims a distinguishing feature is the ease of delivering feedback to candidates; 95 percent of applicants receive feedback within 48 hours.

So far the platform is available in Dutch, French, and English, and a version for jobseekers is in the works. Customers include Belgian technology hub imec, Mediafin, and Microsoft. The startup was founded in Ghent in 2017. In a press release, CEO and founder Franky Anciaux said the fresh funding will allow the company to do more of its own hiring, preparing the team for international expansion.
