CRM software company Eudonet acquired by Quilvest and former Sage France boss

Customer relationship management software company Eudonet has been acquired by Quilvest Private Equity and former head of Sage France, Antoine Henry. No terms were disclosed.

Eudonet, based Paris, develops CRM software solutions for more than 900 customers and has offices in the UK and Canada.

The company was founded in 2000 by Christophe Morizot, Bertrand de La Villegeorges, and Guillaume Bouillot, who will now be leaving their positions in the company but will remain minority shareholders. Other shareholders NAXICAP are also divesting as part of the deal.

Antoine Henry will become president of Eudonet while Clear to the Horizon managing partner Fabrice Vernière has been appointed CFO. The new ownership intends to accelerate the company’s position in the European market.

“The talented team at Eudonet reflects Quilvest's own entrepreneurial spirit, and we look forward to supporting the company’s future growth, both organically and through acquisitions in France and abroad,” said Thomas Vatier, partner at Quilvest Private Equity, a branch of the Quilvest group.

“Eudonet is a French leader in CRM, with innovative cloud and mobile technology,” commented Antoine Henry. “We look forward to building on the solid foundations set by Christophe Morizot, Bertrand de La Villegeorges, and Guillaume Bouillot and on their quality teams to accelerate the growth of Eudonet and continue its internationalization.”
