ebay Enterprise, the company that recently spun off from eBay, has sold its display retargeting business to Ve Interactive, a London-headquartered e-commerce conversion and digital advertising platform provider that's been making acquisitions left and right.

Terms of the acquisition, which was led by Ve's business in North America, were not disclosed.

eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions, which is no longer affiliated with eBay and backed by Banneker Partners and Permira funds, will transfer all staff from said retargeting business over to Ve Interactive, bringing the latter's total headcount to 850 across 34 offices worldwide.

All client accounts are also being transferred over, increasing Ve Interactive’s total client base to more than 10,000 online businesses.
