French human resources solutions specialist HR Path has raised €30 million from Activa Capital, Ardian and Société Générale Capital Partenaires. The company plans to use the new capital to recruit and expand internationally.
HR Path offers a comprehensive range of human resources services, from software selection and integration to maintenance and outsourcing. It is also the only authorized reseller of the main HR software solutions of the French market (SAP and SuccessFactors, HR Access, Oracle HCM, Cegid, Sage, Talentsoft).
HR Path has also developed its own HR solutions with BiHRdy (BI, decision support tool), Pandore (human resources, payroll and time management) and Geef (job and training management). The company employs over 500 people and generates €60 million in sales through its subsidiaries, and is active in 13 countries.
"Our continued growth since its inception in 2001 underscores the dynamism of the market and our ability to respond. With this new round, we will no longer be only the major player in HR solutions in France, but we will also strengthen our leadership as a global player in HR solutions," said François Boulet, co-founder of HR Path, in a statement.
"HR Path systematically outperformed the market with an exceptional strategic vision and exceptional execution. We were seduced by the quality of the management team at HR Path, as well as by the dynamism and agility of the company," added Christophe Parier and Alexandre Masson, Partners at Activa Capital.
