Norwegian service management software vendor Evatic has acquired Swedish competitor WinServ Software for an undisclosed amount.
“ believe that the two organisations will be much stronger together when it comes to developing the service management software solutions for the future,” said Pål M. Rødseth, CEO of Evatic. The combined company will have more than 800 customers in more than 30 countries.
This marks Evatic’s second acquisition in the last 12 months. It bought UK SaaS hosting service Tesseract last year.
“We have known Evatic for many years, and we are confident that the WinServ solution will be in the best hands going forward. Being part of a larger software group will add strength to the product development that is needed to be a service management solution provider in the future,” added Ronny Fransson, CEO of WinServ.
Evatic, whose investors include Viking Venture, is headquartered in Trondheim with offices in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Frances, the Netherlands, and Singapore.
