Swedish data protection management startup DPOrganizer has secured €3 million in a Series A funding round led by US-based Paladin Capital Group, with participation from all of its existing investors: Industrifonden, Creades, Inbox Capital, and Soläng Invest.
DPOrganizer is a SaaS tool that “helps businesses map, visualize and manage their processing of personal data,” the company stated in a press release. With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force in May 2018, the company has grown tenfold over the past year and now operates in 17 countries.
The Stockholm-based company plans to use the capital injection to further expand into the European markets. In total, DPOrganizer has raised €6 million in funding to date.
