Wonderflow, a customer feedback analysis startup headquartered in the Dutch capital, has raised €1.5 million from PROGRAMMA 102, the second investment vehicle of the Italian venture capital firm P101.
The startup works in the space of feedback analytics, processing a wide range of data from comments on websites to reviews to other online conversations in order to deliver data insights to its clients. The latter include Philips, Samsung, TomTom, Uber, DHL, Kantar, and more, the company stated in a press release. The platform developed by Wonderflow is supposedly able to process up to 150,000 text pieces in 10 different languages per hour.
Founded in 2013 in Italy, Wonderflow has since moved its headquarters to Amsterdam to participate in a program at the Rockstart accelerator. It currently has offices in Amsterdam and Trento and works with more than 60 employees and contractors across 15 countries. The startup claims to have the revenue grow 350 percent year-on-year in 2017.
For P101, the investment in Wonderflow is in line with its general strategy, which is to invest in “digital and technology-driven companies that provide B2C and B2B services based in Italy or led by Italian entrepreneurs abroad, as well as European companies willing to enter the Italian market,” the firm stated in a press release. The round comes from its second fund that's looking to raise €120 million, with €75 million already subscribed.
