Meanwhile, here's an overview of the 10 biggest European tech news items for this week:

1) Lilium, the German startup developing an electric jet and on-demand flight taxi service, has raised a whopping €224 million in an internal round led by Tencent, with London’s VC Atomico and US-based Obvious Ventures investing again as well.

2) France will roll out a €4 billion liquidity support plan for startups in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, junior minister Cédric O said on Wednesday.

3) Germany’s Global Savings Group, the e-commerce content company, has acquired French cashback company iGraal for €123.5 million in a mixture of cash and stock.

4) Cazoo, the UK platform for online car sales, has raised £100 million in a round led by DMG Ventures alongside other investors including General Catalyst, CNP (Groupe Frère), Mubadala Capital, Octopus Ventures, Eight Roads Ventures and StrideVC.

5) London-based data solutions company SoftIron has raised $34 million in a Series B round led by its co-founder, Norman Fraser, with support from existing investors.

6) Swedish Open Banking platform Tink has acquired Eurobits Technologies, a Madrid-based provider of account aggregation technology, for €15.5 million.

7) Denmark-born Humio, which provides a real-time log management platform for on-premises and cloud infrastructures, has raised $20 million in a Series B round of funding.

8) Stockholm-based customer engagement platform Sinch has spent €60 million to buy Wavy, a Brazilian business messaging tool, to expand the Swedish company’s influence in Latin America.

9) British fintech firm Revolut on Tuesday launched its banking app and debit cards for customers in the United States as it seeks to expand beyond its base in the UK and Europe.

10) miDiagnostics, a Belgian health tech startup developing silicon chip technology for clinical tests, has raised €14 million from existing investors, plus Dr. Rudi Pauwels and Dr. Ir. Urbain Vandeurzen.
