We're hiring!

As tech.eu continues to lead the market as the premier source of European technology news, data and business intelligence, we are looking to expand our small but passionate crew.

We are currently on the look-out for someone who can immediately join our team and get involved in a major EU H2020 project as marketing and communication lead, and to build close relationships with other partners in the project.

The EU project runs from June 2020 to November 2022 (30 months), and tech.eu's role in the consortium is as the lead for the dissemination work package towards stakeholders, potential customers, interested communities and all other relevant audience groups for the adoption of the project results.

This involves developing a solid media outreach and marketing plan, materials, channels and relevant contacts across Europe, as well as the tools for tracking and capturing the dissemination results.

What we look for - and offer

We are looking for an experienced, creative and talented marketing & communications specialist (ideally in a freelance capacity) to take the lead in this EU project, as well as the administrative and reporting work that comes with it. Native English or near-native English language skills are required.

We offer this exciting role in the heart of the EU (quite literally) as an important extension of our core team, with a lot of flexibility and an attractive compensation package based on hours and experience.

The time requirement for the project averages 2.5 days per week over the 30-month period, with hours per week varying depending on project requirements. However, as tech.eu is on a steady growth trajectory as a business, we are open to discussions about a full-time work package with additional hours supporting tech.eu's other activities and expansion plans.

We can give a lot more info on the project specifics, and what we're looking for in the ideal candidate, upon request. Please apply with your CV and a motivation letter (in English), and/or contact tech.eu COO Helen Walsh with questions if you have any.

The deadline for applications is Thursday 30 April. >> [email protected]
