French govtech startup Manty scores €2.4 million to improve local administration management

Manty, a France-based govtech startup, has raised 2.4 million euros to accelerate the deployment of its 'Vision' platform to reach 100 local administrations by year's end (via Les Echos).

Launched in January 2017 by Mathieu Nohet, Lucas Gaillard and Joseph-Marie Valleix, the startup's platform essentially aims to help public officials make decisions, and optimises the monitoring of local public policies.

It's currently in use by more than 50 local administrations across France, connecting to data sources, centralising the information on things like HR management, budget and spending, and providing access to a dashboard and various visualisations to public decision makers.

The seed round was led by la Banque des Territoires and enterprise tech accelerator Axeleo Capital.
