French human resources company HR Path raises €30 million to further its international expansion

French human resources solutions specialist HR Path has raised €30 million from Activa Capital, Ardian and Société Générale Capital Partenaires. The company plans to use the new capital to recruit and expand internationally.

HR Path offers a comprehensive range of human resources services, from software selection and integration to maintenance and outsourcing. It is also the only authorized reseller of the main HR software solutions of the French market (SAP and SuccessFactors, HR Access, Oracle HCM, Cegid, Sage, Talentsoft).

HR Path has also developed its own HR solutions with BiHRdy (BI, decision support tool), Pandore (human resources, payroll and time management) and Geef (job and training management). The company employs over 500 people and generates €60 million in sales through its subsidiaries, and is active in 13 countries.

With this new round, we will no longer be only the major player in HR solutions in France, but we will also strengthen our leadership as a global player in HR solutions," said François Boulet, co-founder of HR Path, in a statement.
