Polish UX platform UsabilityTools acquired by e-marketing software firm Positionly

After several months of negotiation, Poland-based e-marketing software company Positionly has acquired UsabilityTools, a Polish UX platform. The two companies offer complementary services: Positionly specializes in SEO and UsabilityTools optimizes websites for better user experience and higher conversion.

Poland-based e-marketing software company Positionly has acquired UsabilityTools, a Polish UX platform. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

The two companies offer complementary services: Positionly specializes in SEO and UsabilityTools optimizes websites for better user experience and higher conversion.

Positionly CEO and co-founder Grzegorz Kazulak says the merger will not have any imapct on their customers' user experience in the beginning, except for the added option of combining the services of the two companies. The first integrated product will be available in the coming months.
