With chatbots and voice assistants creeping into all consumer devices and apps, good conversational AI engines are in high demand. Capitalising on this, Swedish startup Artificial Solutions has raised €13.6 million in funding to further develop its Teneo platform.

“Demand for enterprise-strength conversational AI technology that delivers independence from the tech giants and guarantees data ownership is rising fast,” said Lawrence Flynn, CEO of Artificial Solutions. “Teneo fulfils this need while offering enterprises a faster, easier way to develop highly advanced conversational systems that drive customer loyalty, boost revenues and increase profit.”

The platform allows building conversational AI applications in 35 languages. The company’s clients include companies like Accenture, KPMG, Cognizant, Wipro, and Puplicis.Sapient.
