The company declined to comment on how much Faurecia has invested but stated that its total funding now stands at $20 million. It has previously raised a $1.9 million seed round from Conor Ventures and received a €2.5 million EU Horizon 2020 grant.
TactoTek designs injection molded structural electronics (IMSE) for automotive interiors and home appliances. The company added that it is spreading into the wearables and medical device spaces.
