Global investment firm Investcorp has announced that it, together with portfolio company SecureLink, has acquired cybersecurity service provider Nebulas.
Founded in 2001 in London and employing 50 staff, Nebulas provides a range of IT security products and services including managed security services and cyber threat intelligence to predominantly mid to large enterprises in the UK.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Investcorp says that it will now operate across six countries in Europe, employ over 550 staff and generate more than €235 million in revenue, also following its recent acquisition of Scandinavia’s Coresec.
