Telekom Austria Group is to acquire a controlling stake in Croatia's Metronet, a telecommunications service provider.
Metronet primarily serves the business sector with data, voice, IT and cloud services. The network serves approximately 4,300 corporate customers in 66 cities. The company generated approximately €28 million in revenue in 2015.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
